Kidomo has taken TELETOON’s Animation Station across Canada since 2001, allowing Canadians to create their own cartoons! This unique and interactive display is free of charge and features computer workstations that allow visitors to learn about the art of animation and how it is created. The visitor becomes the ‘Director,’ choosing the plot, characters, backgrounds and music. More than 500,000 kids have created a cartoon at TELETOON’s Animation Station and each ‘Director’ receives a password that allows them to access their cartoon from home, by logging on to the TELETOON web site at www.teletoon.com. TELETOON is Canada’s first and only 24-hour-a-day animation station, intended for audiences of all ages.
